Precedent Documents

The City of London Law Society has produced a number of precedent documents, listed below, which are available to download.

The documents must not be:

     (i) accessed or used via any automated means (such as bots, spiders or scrapers);

     (ii) used for text and data mining;

     (iii) used to train (or facilitate the training of) any AI technologies; or

     (iv) uploaded or submitted into third party applications, software or websites that utilize AI technologies.
