City of London Law Society Land Law Committee's Development Management Agreement (with Ancillary Asset Management Services) Second Edition 2019. This replaces the Asset and Development Management Agreement dated 7 October 2015, which should no longer be used. In December 2021, changes were made to clauses 20.2 and 20.4 (Notices) of and to paragraph 13.13 of Schedule 3 to the Second Edition 2019 of the Agreement.
