Intellectual Property Law
Summary
The Intellectual Property Law Committee launched in October 2024 at a time when developments in IP law are increasingly important to so many different areas of business. The committee’s scope includes technical IP law, litigation, and the impacts on IP law caused by innovations in AI and data law.
London packs a global punch in IP, channelling the arts, entertainment, tech, and film industries which are so important to the UK. This new committee will help advance the interests of the profession, and UK and international businesses which have chosen to be based here in the City of London.
