Company Law
Summary
The Company Law Committee looks at all aspects of company law, takeovers regulation, listing rules, the regime governing capital raising and corporate governance and reporting (including ESG and climate issues). It contributes to the development of legislation, regulation and guidance from the UK Government and UK regulatory bodies, including the FCA and the Takeover Panel. It also considers EU law that impacts M&A and UK companies.

David Pudge specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A, public takeovers and stock exchange matters as well as board advisory work, including corporate governance and activism defence. He acts for a broad range of clients and in particular large corporates and financial services groups.
