CLLS Response to UKJT Consultation Paper on the Issuance and Transfer of Digital Securities under English Private Law

This response of the City of London Law Society ("CLLS") has been prepared by a working party drawn from the Financial Law, Company Law and Regulatory Law Committees to the questions raised in the UKJT Consultation Paper on the Issuance and Transfer of Digital Securities under English Private Law. It deals, first, with the ancillary questions in the Annex to the Consultation Paper and, then, with the overarching question raised in the Consultation Paper itself.
