Arbitration Bill - CLLS submission to Parliament 6 February 2024

The Special Public Bill Committee on the Arbitration Bill  asked for the Arbitration Committee of the City of London Law Society (CLLS) to provide written and oral submissions in relation to the Arbitration Bill. The Arbitration Committee made submissions on six elements of the Bill.
