City of London Law Society Short Form Report on Title. The Short Form Report on Title, which has been revised in 2018 (12/03/2018) following its third edition in 2007, reflects changes in the law and practitioners’ approaches to reporting on title, as well as changes to the CLLS Certificate of Title in the intervening period. For clarity, the notes to the Report highlight the circumstances when it would be used instead of the Certificate of Title. This replaces the City of London Law Society 3rd Edition Short Form Report on Title dated 4th July 2013, which should no longer to be used as a precedent. Note that changes have been made in August 2022 and August 2023 to Schedule 2 for the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022.
