Joint response of the CLLS and the Law Society

The CLLS Planning and Environmental Law and Company Law Committees submitted their joint response to the FCA Consultation Working Group: CP26/5: Aligning listed issuers’ sustainability disclosures with international standards.

Applications are welcome to CLLS members who wish to join the CLLS Company Law Committee.  The closing date for applications is Friday 17th April. 

The CLLS Company Law Committee submitted its response to Chapter 10 (Minor changes to UK Listing Rules) of the FCA Quarterly Consultation Paper CP26/8.
