Preparing for JAC Judicial Appointments

The CLLS has been working with the Judicial Appointments Commission and with The Law Society in order to promote better awareness of the judiciary's wish to see more solicitors (especially from City firms) apply to become judges. In this regard, we were pleased to hear the Lady Chief Justice's encouragement for solicitor applicants at an event hosted at The Law Society in November 2024.
