Harnessing English Law - 20 03 26

The CLLS was approached in late 2025 to assist Hook Tangaza with their report into harnessing English Law for economic growth.  Hook Tangaza had been asked by the MoJ to carry out research into the strengths of English Law, and to compile a report to factor into HM Government’s overall strategy for growth.  A number of CLLS specialist committee chairs met with Alison Hook in a roundtable in December, and provided her with useful information, both sector specific and also generic to the role of English law.   It has been reflected in the report.
