CLLS Response to Law Commission Consultation Paper on Digital Assets

This response is on behalf of the City of London Law Society ("CLLS") Financial Law Committee ("FLC"). It addresses the questions raised in the Law Commission Consultation Paper on Digital Assets issued in July 2022. More detail on these issues is also to be found in the attached paper submitted by the CLLS to the UKJT, which was prepared by a working group of the Financial, Company and Regulatory Law Committees.
