The CLLS Professional Rules and Regulations Committee submitted its reponse to the "Anti-money laundering/counter terrorist-financing (AML/CFT) supervision reform: duties, powers and accountability" consultation, the main feature of which is the transfer of regulation of anti-money laundering to the FCA.
