Summary

The Revenue Law Committee covers all issues relating to taxation for the CLLS. It works with HMRC, and the Treasury, responding to consultations and commenting on guidance, and keeps a watching brief on cases brought by HMRC relating to tax avoidance and evasion, and other revenue saving schemes.

Philip advises a broad range of clients on their most difficult tax issues. He has particular experience with finance transactions including securitisation. He advises international corporates on transactions ranging from acquisitions and mergers to group reorganisations.
