Litigation Law
Summary
The Litigation Committee is the voice of the CLLS in our courts system in London, and also reflects the attractiveness of London as a global centre for litigation. The committee works with the Ministry of Justice and the Courts’ Service, bringing the concerns of the profession to these organisations. It also covers areas such as mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Gavin Foggo
Gavin specialises in civil fraud, financial and banking litigation, breach of contract, corporate transactional and corporate governance claims (including breach of warranty, breach of directors’ duties and shareholder disputes) and partnership / LLP disputes. He acts mainly in the financial services and professional services sectors, and much of his work is cross-border. He has handled a number of multi-million and billion-dollar international fraud cases. Much of his work is international.
