Summary

The Litigation Committee brings together leading expertise in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. We provide a practitioner perspective and in our work look to help promote English law and to maintain London and its commercial courts as a leading dispute resolution forum for business users. To this end we work with a range of stakeholders, including government bodies and the court service, often on procedural and sectoral enhancements.

Lois advises corporates, funds, investors, financial institutions and entrepreneurs on a broad range of complex, cross-border commercial and corporate disputes in High Court and international arbitration, with particular expertise in post M&A, shareholder and joint venture disputes, funds disputes, contentious insolvency, contract disputes, and senior executive restraint of trade disputes.
